The inquiry and viewing-room forms collect a name, an organization, an email address, dates if you give them, and whatever you write. That note travels once — to the studio inbox at studio@motiveandmyth.com — and is used only to reply and to scope the production.

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation needs, and delete it on request: write to the same address.

The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

If a production begins under NDA, its terms govern everything above.
